TT-1 timers

We have 2 Tan Time TT-1 timers for our beds and tonight, whenwe tried to set one of the beds, everytime we pressed start after setting the time it kept resetting itself. It took us about 7 times before it worked again. What gives?? Does anyone know why it would be doing this? I dont want a customer in the room as I'm trying to reset a bed timer 7 times. Can anyone help??

I do. The "door bell" buttons in the rooms that you press to start/stop the bed is what's mostlikely causing this.

2 SECOND FIX!!!!

Remove the botton from the wall and there are 2 wires attached to the back. They are mostlikely touching. Rewire it so they are not touching, remount, and you are good to go.

I had this same problem and thought I was going to lose my mind.
