In the helios wait status what is the number right after the name of the client waiting? Not the number under the time, I know that is how long they've been waiting. I'm assuming that is supposed to be the estimated time until a bed is available but I can have only one client waiting and the client in the bed only has 3 minutes left but the number is 204??

Re: Helios Wait Status Question
that would be the number of clients on the wait list at the present time. You might want to consider removing them from the list so they don't have to wait so long on the next visit.

I said the number was 204, I think if I actually had 204 people waiting in my lobby that I would probably consider adding more rooms and beds. I only had 2 people on the waitlist at the time the 1st person on the list had a number 204, the 2nd person had another number in the 200's. When one of the bed types they are waiting for turns off (time runs out) that number turns to 3. I'm still assuming that this number is meant to be the estimated wait time for that bed type but is somehow screwed up either in helios or through my t-Max settings. Anyone know? |

Re: Helios Wait Status Question
Unless you use the appointment book, it probably doesn't mean ****.
