Anyone know if there is a precise report I can use to pull up the top spenders?

hehehe

There sure is John ... it is in Sales Reports ... Client Activity report.

It allows you to report your TOP NN clients were NN is the number of top clients you want reported (ie 10, 50 0=all) ... you also have the option to only see Top NEW clients.

It reports # of Visits, Service Purchases, Product Purchases, Misc Purchases and Total Purchases ... sorting in declining order based on Total Purchases

OH ... that is in V11.4 not V9.4

Now, John knowing you do not wish to upgrade to V11 ... and believing you do in fact have the Demo CD for V11 (Needs to be V11.4 or close to it for this fairly new report to be present) ... you could install it on another computer ... copy the data from you live system to a V9 directory on the other computer and convert the data into V11 and run the report.

Ha. Ha. Andy. :) I don't think I have the V11 version demo. I have a demo, but I don't think it's that one. But gee, thanks!! :lol:

Item 9 is "sales time and DOW". I just installed back office last month.
