helios back office reports problems - tanTALK

i am having a problem exporting certain reports from helios to my computer using the back office program. I get an error that says craxdrt error occured on server.2147190548: missing or out of date export DLL. what could be the problem???

To resolve a DLL problem you will have to reinstall the Helios Reporting module and/or Helios itself

Just reinstalling Helios BackOffice will likely not resolve it

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR DATA BACKED UP before any reinstall ... should be OK ... BUT .......
