Re: How do I set lamps to start automatically in Helios 11.4 with T-max

We give 4 minutes, that should be enough. We wait until they are in the room and the door closed before we start the timer.

Wow, you guys are generous! I give them 3 minutes and it drives me nuts when they are laying in there waiting 2 minutes for the bed to come on. I can be undressed and lotioned up in less than 2 minutes top to bottom.

Keep 'em movin!

Re: How do I set lamps to start automatically in Helios 11.4 with T-max

Ok I tried it but it didn't work, I only set the delay time on one bed though to see how it works, does it have to be done to each bed? Any suggestions?

Yes, you set the delay time on each piece of equipment.

I believe there is also a setting in the TMax that can override ... that may be the issue

Re: How do I set lamps to start automatically in Helios 11.4 with T-max

There are parameters in the T Max manager that can be set....we do not use this feature as we give clients all the time they need to get ready, so I was not sure if they needed to be set or not.

Let me see if I can find those parameters, or maybe Kevin Barrett will be around soon to help.

http://www.appdig.com/tmax/manuals/tmax_manager.pdf

Here is a link to the manager manual, I am only familiar with the manager pro but maybe this will help.

Re: How do I set lamps to start automatically in Helios 11.4 with T-max

Delay can be set in the T-Max Manager but that is taken over by the software (with the exception of infinite delay). What is happening now when you start a session?

Re: How do I set lamps to start automatically in Helios 11.4 with T-max

They will be using infinite delay John .... so client can start bed when ready

Lee ... wondering if you have the TMax Manager set to infinite delay as Kevin referred to ... thus it is ignoring the commands from Helios
