Re: tmaxx manager

an E6 error, the T-max manager is recieving bad value from the 3A timer. Recycle power at the T-max manager, if that doesn't correct the problem. Replace the room timer with a new one.
Good luck

Re: tmaxx manager

Does the E-6 show up on various displays or just one? Try cycling power to each timer in each room then see if the problem goes away.

Re: tmaxx manager

A quick question, I am taking over a salon that uses client cards and adnet software with TMax timers, I will be hooking up Helios 11.4 and wanted to know if anything needs to be done to the manager (programming, reset etc) before using Helios? They also have the beds set up to start automatically after 4 minutes, I will not have an auto time set up, do I need to change anything?

Re: tmaxx manager

Nothing needs to programmed in the Manager. Addresses are stored in the timers in the rooms and are already set. You will install Helios and run it in place of ADNET. The T-Max Manager does not know the difference between ADNET, Helios or any other program. You'll be fine.

So I will not need any software or anything in regards to adnet ot the manager? Just want to be sure before I undertake the project, I'm not sure if the previous owner has anything.

Re: tmaxx manager

ADNET is the utility we use to test the communications if you can not get Helios to talk. It is not needed for Helios to run. You know your serial port on your T-Max Manager is good because you are using ADNET now.
