Tan Track error message

I received my Tan Track cd ( in under 12 hours i might add) from Nichesoft. I installed it now every time I try to open it, it simply says error 7, not enough memory. I was on phone with Nichesoft all day to try and find problem. I installed all the new files from their website, as the cd was up to date. Then they thought it was because I didnt have the service pack 2 on my windows xp pro addition, needless to say that still didnt fix the problem. My home puter tech today said it could be difference with a celeron processor and a intel processor and cache memory. Nichsoft (not available on weekends) said they had never come across this problem before. Any ideas???

like Tan Track program, but it seems they're never able to help with error messages....hmmm

I have Error #94 on 2 customers.

I have errors all the time on mine, not sure why or what they are. We switched from a celeron to a pentium and that didn't help much. But not to say it won't help your problem.

anyone else running tantrack on a intel celeron instead of a pentium??? i dont wanna have to buy a new pc now for jeepers sakes

Did you uninstall the demo?

yes i did, a few times, downloaded updates, talked to support today, they cant help. Pc was just cleaned and formatted. No other programs cept virus program on it.

I asked if the new v2.6.0 update would clear up the Error #94 and they said yes that should have been cleared up in the 2.5.9. I just bought this one a month ago and it's 2.5.8. :/

Got my Error #94 straightened out. There was an upgrade available. Phew.
