Who The **** is Derf?

I received my Tan Track cd ( in under 12 hours i might add) from Nichesoft. I installed it now every time I try to open it, it simply says error 7, not enough memory. I was on phone with Nichesoft all day to try and find problem. I installed all the new files from their website, as the cd was up to date. Then they thought it was because I didnt have the service pack 2 on my windows xp pro addition, needless to say that still didnt fix the problem. My home puter tech today said it could be difference with a celeron processor and a intel processor and cache memory. Nichsoft (not available on weekends) said they had never come across this problem before. Any ideas???

I have errors all the time on mine, not sure why or what they are. We switched from a celeron to a pentium and that didn't help much. But not to say it won't help your problem.

yes i did, a few times, downloaded updates, talked to support today, they cant help. Pc was just cleaned and formatted. No other programs cept virus program on it.

I asked if the new v2.6.0 update would clear up the Error #94 and they said yes that should have been cleared up in the 2.5.9. I just bought this one a month ago and it's 2.5.8. :/
