Helios question

I just upgraded to Helios Version 11.4 and I also just networked a second computer and also hooked my timer system to the computers. Wheeeeeeee
My question is.......when the beds are full how does the waiting list work?? Do I have to wait till someone comes out of the bed to put the next person waiting in the computer. This would be a nightmare in about three more weeks when sweason gets here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Helios question

Any barcode scanner that goes through your keyboard will work. Not sure about the fingerprint scanners.

For a barcode scanner, look for an HID (human interface device) interface, HID devices "act" like you're just typing the info in from the keyboard.
Good Luck.

Re: Helios question

Thank you for your help. I am looking at switching over from Breeze software to Helios and would like to be able to us the same items as possible to eliminate extra expense. I wanted to try and get an idea on what could be recycled and what would have to be a new purchase.
