First they told us dec then jan & now march or april ie busy season & that sucks. They also told us it would be offered to new customers first & that sucks!

BELIEVE ME ... existing Helios users do not want to be anywhere near this new version for the first 6 months to a year of its existence .... let all the NEW Helios users experience that pleasure, you will not regret it.

When I saw V12 (Centrix) at the end of September prior to the Nashville show and Tony was saying it would be available for new installs in November .... I disagreed and was not prepared to present as Tony wished stating availability in November 2005 ... ****, even the head programmer was OPTIMISTICALLY saying March 2006. If it is ready for initial consumption by the summer of 2006 that will be an accomplishment.

I like the idea of Centrix a lot! I don't like the though of ETS having control over my data ( or is it their data? ).

You would have to be a village idot to turn your data over to ANYONE!!!

I am trusting Andy. If he does not have a contract with Helios anymore it is because something is wrong. I know integrity does not pay the bills, but I trust Andy and his opinion.

I am just watching actions not words. I am done with the B.S. and if you do not perform , go away.

The industry is more competitive, and everyone just has to get their job done, and do what they say they are going to do.

I still cant understand why someone hasn't come up with a salon based client program that has a built in accounting program.
