Time will start but beds won't turn on
Hello... Our beds are timed to turn on automatically after 3 minutes, but after the three minutes, only the time shows and the lamps won't turn on. This happened all of a sudden, with three of the beds doing this at first and now all of them are. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Re: Time will start but beds won't turn on
What software are you using or are you using your system manually? What timers are you using?
The software should have a setting somewhere called lamps on or something like that. This needs to be turned on. Kevin Barrett ADI Tech Support |

Re: Time will start but beds won't turn on
There should be a setting in Tan Track that either reads Lamps On, Start time with lamps on or something like that in the software. We call this the Auto Start, and it is taken over by the software (I am assuming you are using T-Max timers).
