Urgent! Suntouch frozen at 36 when opening - tanTALK

We were trying to solve an unrelated problem and re-installed Suntouch and now it is getting stuck at 36% when opening. It won't open completely. Does anyone know the cause for this and the solution ?

We are supposed to be leaving town for holidays in the next 24 hours, but the store is not operational!

Please help if you can!

I had a problem with mine freezing while it was in operation, but never during start-up, did it get completely re-installed correctly?
