Never had any problems with the SP200 but we finally broke down and bought a thermal printer and it is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much better and faster.

You can make choices under the Windows Printer Setting. Everything was fine until I bought a new computer with XP last January. The printer acted as if the paper was too narrow and dropped the last 3 figures to a new line. I installed a new driver this morning, and everything looks the way it did with the old computer, but now it acts like the paper isn't wide enough and totally cuts of those digits. ~shrug~

can you use any APG cash drawer?
