Re: Okay TanTrack users, give it to me.
SandiGirl..... I use to do minutes and I was having the same problem with the upgrades ...I switch to sessions it was alot more profitable and it was easy with the upgrades with Tan Track.. As far as the taxes go I can't help you with that .I don't have to caculate all those diffrent types of taxes....... sorry

Re: Okay TanTrack users, give it to me.
Sandigirl: we have the upgrades as a service. So, if someone wants to upgrade a single visit from level 1 to level 2, they are charged. When I send them to tan, I override the bed selection, and put them in whatever bed they paid for. The normal minutes are taken out of their package. We do not have a lot of minutes pkgs and are getting rid of most of them in 06. People with sessions or unlimited pkgs that want to upgrade work the same way....hope this helps!

Re: Okay TanTrack users, give it to me.
TanTrack allows either products, services or packages to be taxed or not. There unfortunately isn't a way to determine from a line item level yet. This is being looked into and as soon as its updated we will put in the next version of the software. Sorry for the inconvenience. As far as the minute trading it seems like you would actually benefit more from a points package setup from what I'm hearing.

Re: Okay TanTrack users, give it to me.
I've got another question:
I have the permissions set so that my employees can't edit the product prices but it never asks for your ID when you go in to add something or make changes. Did I miss something? |

Re: Okay TanTrack users, give it to me.
For the permissions, go into the options screen and click on the button marked: Use employee password protection to help restrict certin areas.
