Rep Power: 24 | Data Backup http://www.dirfile.com/snap_backup.htm I found this Freeware and have been playing around with it. It looks pretty easy and straight forward. Might be the answer to Helios V10 and V11 backup. One copy to a folder and one to a memory stick. Don't blame me if it doesn't work.

Rep Power: 24 | Re: Data Backup I was getting at - anyone who works there might do it. I can't be at all my stores every night ( I could but I wouldn't want to ). This thing runs like a macro once you've saved the settings.

Rep Power: 57 | Re: Data Backup I probably didn't state my point well enough but, if you only leave the backed up files in the salon, a fire or theft of your computer will render it useless. Someone needs to take those essential backups out of the store at night. JMO |
