Have a Sunvision Pro 28 LX, bought from a tanning salon. Has the open **** in back that a timer control goes in....need to know how to byp*** that so that it will function in our home?

you'll have to pop the cover open to see the main wires going to that ****. You're looking for the one wire that leads to the side of the contactor that if powered would close a circuit and fir the coil. Should be easy to see.

Depending on the year of this unit. Most likely if you take the top off the bed, where the by-pass **** goes in, there should be a Black, Red, Green and white wire. The Red and the black is normally the switch leg's one to hot and one to the coil. You could also just purchase a by-pass **** to make it easier. ETS:
