Just for clarifiation TanTrack is Completely Windows Vista compatible. There have been a few cases where User Accounts in Vista have not allowed TanTrack to compress the database files. This can easily be resolved by moving the database files to a location outside of the Program Files folder on you Local disk C:\. Windows Vista protects the Program Files folder more than any other version of Windows has before, which is what is causing this issue.

I currently use Helios at both locations, but I would be willing to try something else. Does anyone have a number or a person for a Sun Touch Rep??
