Troubles With My T-max-mgr

... my tmax was freaking out the other day at the start of business.. all beds checked out okay with using a t-max3a to each of them one by one... the t-max mgr would not communicate with any of them by going one by one.. so i replaced the comm chip in the mgr and still nothing. i checked the mgr by using a 3a and directly hooking it up to the mgr.. but still nothing. The mgr when powered up will beep and numbers 1 through 8 light up, then -- in slots 1 through 6 and in slot 7 a "0" and in 8 a "35", then back to all "--" in slots1 through 8 i cannot manually address any beds either... if anyone can i help i am open to suggestions. i have also read something about another chip other than the comm chip, what does this other chip do and could it be my problem. Thanks for your help in advance

Re: Troubles With My T-max-mgr

yeah i have called them... they had no more solutions... but they did say you could send it in for a flat fee of $75 to have it fixed... and that is a lot better than 5 or $600 for a new one
