Re: Help with tantrack
I wish there was some kind of fix we could issue to resolve this but its actually not an issue with TanTrack. When your main computer is sending the information to the second computer over your VPN something is slowing it down. TanTrack is just reading it as fast as its getting it. It may be some setting on your VPN or the main stations upload capability. Also I would recommend you test your upload speed from the main computer. There are tons of tests online that will gage your upload speed. It may not be living up to what your ISP is claiming for your area.

Re: Help with tantrack
We did have it on a vpn, but its now taken off supposdely and our main location is still fine but the second one is slow. Josh is helping us best he can. We've also had a lot of errors lately, just popping up and corrupting things.

Re: Help with tantrack
To check your upload/download speeds you can go to the following web address. It will help you to verify you are getting what you should from DSL services. If you're well below the level you are paying for it could be something as simple as replacing the phone cord between the wall and computer or something as complicated as having the phone company out to troubleshoot the line.
http://www.dslreports.com Click on "Tools" on the left hand side, then speed tests. You should be able to see several different servers to connect to to do the test. Hope this helps.
