What is tanning cross over in the management reports?

i think its when you have more than 1 service offered. like a client started tanning with you and now also gets massage or vise versa. im sure someone will give a better answer

With all these reports and new tools Helios should publish more than the funkadelic pamplet for a user guide.

i agree some of them are great some are useless....... to me anyways

Cross Tanning report relates to multi locations (WAN Users). It reports Tanners and sessions were the Tanner originated at one location and tanned at other locations.
