Helios command to turn off bed?

We have Helios 11 running a t-max manager. How do I send a command to turn off the bed?

make a sales code like "STOP BED" or something. set it up for all beds and set the tanning time at -1 and constant. i would have it track cashier also.

I recommend that you flag that transaction on the operation tab so it will highlight it when you look at the details of you daily sales.

If you need to resend time to the bed you will need to set up another sales code to make that happen. The trick here is to make sure you set the code type up as miscellaneous so it doesn't interfer with time between tans and does not skew your tanning session numbers. Make the code description "V" for variable and require that your employees type a reason in as explaination.

Under Financial

Put

Salescode= OFF
Description= Turn off reset the bed
Salescode= MISC

Div=Tanning
Dept= Misc

Under Operation

Tan time= -1
check Constant

This will turn off or reset the bed if you need..
