If you paid for it by Credit Card, call your credit card company and ask for advise. You can challenge the charge and your credit card company can "Charge Back" the software company. Usually, just mentioning the words “credit card charge back” to these on-line vendors is enough to get them off their ***.
Good Luck. Tom |

In addition to Tommy's suggestion, you may also try contacting Visual Sys directly. Depending on the process involved, 2checkout.com is simply the online merchant processor but the license number should be issued by the software developer once the payment is confirmed. This would either come directly from them or through the processor depending on their agreement. Their website has an email address to their sales department... sales@veryusefulsoftware.com
