Customer count

I lost info from jan - april. Packages and customers remained but the discription of what they bought and history was gone. I can run a sales report for the year but this will not give me the right number of customers for the year. Is there another report to run? This is in helios.

The counts are based on history transactions on all reports, so if you transaction history is gone for those 4 months so is your count info.

What was the cause of losing your history?
