helios- tracking EFT\'s

does anyone know what report can track the average number of months your customers stay on the EFT package. i have v11.4 and i tried membership life but i dont know what to put in "NUMBER OF MONTHS TO EXCLUDE CURRENT CUSTOMERS" field. when i ran the report the numbers seemed very high. over 1 year on all three levels. any help would be greatly appreciated.
