amazingtan ... did not get issue as you reported ... here is what I tested

I tested the printing of Client Transaction History with voided transactions in both V11.4 and V10.2 .... seems to me to be OK in both.

I tested separately the voiding of a Package sale, product sale and tanning transaction. In all situation the voided transaction(s) no longer appeared in the Client History display and it also did not appear on the printed report generated from F8-History - F10-Print for the selected client.

We must be doing something different ... willing to work further on this with you if you wish.

Hi Andy,
Nope you understood completely....I don't get it!!!...when I print out the history...I get the voided transaction showing up too!!!!...How bizarre!!!!
Any suggestions????

well not here ... very bizarre

If you wish do a transaction ... void it ... and FAX me the report (do it on a customer with no more than one page of printout) ... circle the transaction that was voided.

Also do you see the voided transaction on the History Display before you print it
