Rep Power: 0 | I have 5 Beds with intellitan 4-button timers on them. Supposedly, I am supposed to set parameter 27 to "1" so that it will communicate and be run by the T-max manager which I have out front. So I set them all to "1" in parameter 27. Well, 3 work and 2 don't. When I run the Auto Setup in the Manager, only 3 of the beds recognize the signal, beep, flash, and go crazy. The other 2 are taking a break or something. They might even be boycotting flashing, beeping, and anything else that i want them to do. The daisy chain bit is set up fine, because the beds that don't work are 3 and 5 and the other beds all work (10 beds total). Except, now I have another problem. Since 2 don't work, all the beds are off by 2. So, for example, when I put someone in for bed number 6 (using Helios), number 8 went instead. What am I missing that will make the intellitan timers talk to my T-Max Manager in the front? |

Rep Power: 25 | You may have to replace the communications chips on these two timers. You can skip address when you auto address by doing the followng: Launch the auto address. All timers (accept the two broken ones) will have the 9999. Go to rooms 1 and 2 and press the Start buttons as before. Go back to the manager. Display 3 will show a 3. Press the Set button under 3 to make display 3 read a 4. Go to room 4 and press the Start button on that timer. Go back to the manager. Display 3 will show a 5. Press the Set button under 3 to make display 3 read a 6. Then fo to rooms 6 and on press the start buttons on each room. You addresses will be right. Kevin Barrett ADI Tech Support |

Rep Power: 23 | yah loveaphair, and I just talked to tech support a few days ago and those communications chips are only about 5 dollars a piece (case your worried about that). Turns out I didnt need them, but was relieved that they were so cheap! Specially during slow season! |
