Operation manuals for T-Max® Manager and T-Max® Manager Pro can be found here:

The ADNET(tm) 2000 software utility is useful for testing the T-Max® Manager's features and serial communications protocol.

Serial port monitors can capture, view, analyze, test com ports. Serial port monitors are useful for testing the software you design to talk to the T-Max® Manager, they're available all over the Internet but you can find one here:
http://sharewareconnection.com/free-...rt-monitor.htm

The Applied Digital white paper describing the serial communications protocol for the T-Max® Managers is titled "NET MANAGER PROTOCOL SPECIFICATION PRELIMINARY PROPRIETARY INFORMATION" I got it by emailing Applied Digital here:
adiinfo@appdig.com
The document name was NETMGRPR.DOC.

The Tmax folks seem pretty helpful when I dealt with them.
Have fun.

Neon, I see your point. I used to be a programmer. We had to get the coding from Printer co's all the time. But, I think this person just wants to know how to send and retrieve info from the T-Max, not how the T-Max itself works.

T-Max shoulkd want people to be dependent on their hardware. So they should be more than willing to help you out.
