Andy or anybody:
Please remind me how to delete transactions, especially in cases where they can not be voided, e.g. in-house charge transactions. I discovered that if an employee enters an incorrect amount tendered in a credit card transaction, the program automatically generates a "Cash-Back" sales code which can not be voided. Perhaps this was the case in earlier versions as well and I have just never encountered it before. I remember from previous posts that there is a delete function but can not remember how to do it.

Management ... Transaction ... bring up the appropriate transaction ... F6 Delete

There may also be secondary action necessary on another transaction and/or Client record to completely remove the impact of the transaction being deleted.
