Andy or anybody:
Please remind me how to delete transactions, especially in cases where they can not be voided, e.g. in-house charge transactions. I discovered that if an employee enters an incorrect amount tendered in a credit card transaction, the program automatically generates a "Cash-Back" sales code which can not be voided. Perhaps this was the case in earlier versions as well and I have just never encountered it before. I remember from previous posts that there is a delete function but can not remember how to do it. |

Management ... Transaction ... bring up the appropriate transaction ... F6 Delete
There may also be secondary action necessary on another transaction and/or Client record to completely remove the impact of the transaction being deleted. |
