Unlimited Monthly Sales Code for Helios

What is the best way to set up a sales code for the unlimited monthly tanning package?

Also does there need to be a sales code when the client is using the unlimited package or can we use the code TOS (tan on stand)?

Set up the sales code MU,MT, (Month Unlimited/Tanning, in the membership field under "Bought" put in UNLIMITED, also enter # of days valid, (29 + day purchased = 30 days) To tan a person set up a code TU, TM (Tan on Unlimited/Month)in the membership field under "Used" put in UNLIMITED, in the intelligence field enter yes and fee (for upgrade equipment). Reference HELP for details.

also depending on your structure you may be able to use a Price Grid sales code to handle Unlimited Memberships, WalkIn tans and using Packages all on one sales code.

You would definately have separate sales codes to sell each of your different services.

It is a new function added to Sales Code in V11.3.7

It allows up to 8 Memberships USED to be handled on one sales code, and allows upgrades etc to be structured by Bed Type rather than individual bed (as with a normal tanning code on the Intelligence Tab).

It can also be used in conjunction with Packages and WalkIn tans if you are prepared to allow the VALUE function to be used.

GREATLY reduces the number of sales codes needed to tan clients.

How do I get more info on this version? What version are they working on now? I think you said they are working on a version 12?

The latest is V11.4 it is available on the Helios Website www.gohelios.com in the Partners section or request same from support@gohelios.com

Helios is currently working on the development of V12 which will be previewed at the Nashville ITA Trade Show Oct 7th thru 9th
