Helios Support - How long Do you Wait for a Reply?

I sent a email to Helios Support two days ago, and haven't gotten a reply yet.

Do email questions take this long?

Should I send another email?

Is email not a good idea when dealing with Helios?

Should be good way to ask a general question. The individual that normally response is usually very through at following up ... it may have been overlooked ... send it again
