HELP 4 message on timer - tanTALK

I have 2 Sundash 232 beds and the timers and displaying HELP 4??? How can I reference this?

1-800-643-0086. You might want to turn it off at the breaker and turn it back sometimes this will fix the problem. After that i would call and speak with a tech - they a really good at helping.

You have to reset parameter 6 lamp hours.
