finger print problem - tanTALK

Hi
I needed to re-install the helios and it can recognize the finger print.
What can I do ?

Was the fingerprint working prior to re-installing Helios or was this the reason you re-installed?

Check in system under the profile you should see the fingerprint reader config area. When I upgraded these field went blank and I simply needed to update the setting. Just toggle down. Hope that is it.
