We use MS-access to do custom reporting and exporting on Helios.
I don't know what you're after with email addys, Helios has a pretty good email system built-in. Its email system does have some short comings, if I remember correctly it does support MIME (text only, no HTML) and doesn't process bounces or opt-outs but there are stand-alone programs that can work with Helios to automate that.

PM me if you need help with this.

This is easy to do. Just copy your database onto a storage drive and open it on a computer that has access. Toggle over to the email datafield. Sort that column. Delete files with no or bad email data. Then open Outlook (not outlook express) and import the database using the import function. Make sure you add a new contact file to dump the data into our it will mingle with your other phonebooks. Good luck.

You should also check into a "POP (post office protocal) Manager". POP Managers scans the imcoming mail for Out-outs and bounces, then put the addresses in a list so you can maintain your database.
