Andy,
I had a problem today with split payment I had a client with a transaction amount of $77.40 He had $9 on his bonus bucks. We tried to split payment ($9 BB and $$68.40 Credit card) when we ended the sale it charcged the whole amount on his CC and left the $9 on his BB. I also had a problem recently when I tried to do a Credit Card/ Bonus Buck split payment, that time it would not even let me enter the BB that he had. Any ideas what the problem might be and/or how to fix it?

I will vouch for this being a problem, as I have had it do the same thing to me multiple times. Helios response is "We'll send the information along to the developers," yet no response or fix at all.

It sounds like the whole problem revolves around making one of the split payment types a credit card. Helios will want to charge the entire amount of the sale to the credit card and is not decreasing that amount when another payment type is also being selected to supplement the total of the sale. This is probably for security when it comes to electronic transactions being handled over the internet as Helios does when it processes a credit card transaction electronically. There are concerns of the total being manipulated and therefore the customer would actually be charged less than the sale total, then there would be no ability to 're-charge' the credit card after the discrepancy is discovered.
