Just converted from 9.4, to 11.4. Why? oh WHY? can i not back up my data anymore and save it to disk? I called Tech support (1st. time ever in 4 years) Nice guy, told me to back up on some music match burner thing, doesnt work. Then I read some old posts on this site, and is it true you need 3rd party software to back up, and if so, why wasnt I told this when I called tech support? What happened to the utilities, and is it not necessary to repair the data base anymore? Please help, Im just kinda hangin' out with no back-ups, and a data base with over 3,500 clients. Anybody? (Can you tell that computers are not my strong suite?) Any info. would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
