What temp do you set the oven for when warming up cold pizza? I've done the searches. Nothing comes up! Any advice is helpful. Thanks in advance!

Figured it out myself. 300f for 8-10 minutes depending on your altitude. Good luck.

Re: help a brother out

This may be an old thread, but I am willing to bet my second star that there are people here today that could probably use this information right now! hehe This thread sums up in my opinion my entire tenure to date here at Tantalk.com - always trying to learn something for myself, and help others in the process - with decisions, with technical problems, with wisdom, with laughter, and most of all with empathy. Good luck out there to all of you. Thanks. -Belvy

You took the words right out of my mouth. But which tanning bed, regular or high pressure! Probably depends if you like your crust crispy or soft.

Re: help a brother out

My secrets to a great store bought pizza:

Place the rack in the over near the broiler, typically the top slot. Pre-heat to 400 degrees.

Open said pizza and sprinkle a fair amount of cinnamon evenly over the pizzas surface. Then add a light amount of sea-salt and fresh ground black pepper.

Now place pizza into oven without a pizza tray. Bake until crust is slightly less cooked than what you wish for a final product. Now turn the broiler on, watch pizza VERY carefully. In a couple minutes the pizza will be done.

This will give you a very crispy "brick style" pizza without burning the crust or making it too hard to eat!

I do this ALL the time, but I like a soft crust so I dont bake it for long. Broiled pizzas are the best!
