on top of the stove in a non stick pan with a lid, re crisps bread and the lid will help melt the cheese

cinnamon? Gotta try that one. Never would have guessed. Can you actually taste the cinnamon on the pizza and in the sauce or is it one of those ingredients that gives a little zest to the pot without the taste itself?

You sorta taste it, but if you did not tell someone it was there they may not identify it. Again, dont pour it on but you want enough to be visible.
