Andy,
I email tech support for the Backup Utility and they said they would need to talk to you to see what utility you are referring to. If you talk to them before they contact you could you fill them in so I can get a copy?

Why not just price the product on your shelves so your clients can see the price and you can explain the differences in products and justify the difference in prices?

To clarify regarding the Backup Utility ... one of the techs created a utility to backup to a Fixed Hard Driver or an external Driver (NOT CD). I spoke to JJ regarding the utility I was referring to.

IT IS NOT AN OFFICIAL HELIOS PRODUCT BUT AVAILABLE FOR YOU TO USE IS YOU WISH ... you must ensure it is working for you and it is not support by Tech Support. If any of these conditions are undersirable to you, please do not use it.
