Helios Pictures Question

If you do not want to use the finger print scanner...is there a picture function on Helios?

What is the set up? Is it a little camera?

I use a webcam that takes snapshots, I think they all do.

Will it come up each time when you pull their name..and will it slow down the process? Do you have Helios?

Once you have taken the snaphot of the client it is stored and it does come up when you are on their client screen. Yes, I'm sticking with good old V 9.4 for as long as I can.

Dana, the picture display (and capture) area in V11 is on the CheckIn screen.

it still will not help me with our employees checking peoople in on other packages....I have to get the finger print scanner...correct?

Good question? Does the finger scanner have to verifiy the client before a transaction can be completed on that clients screen?

Correct Dana ... if you wish to ensure the client using the Package or Membership is the appropriate client ... FingerPrint is only way to ensure that verification.

Yes, John ... you indicate on the Tanning Sales Codes that FingerPrint is required (on the Operation Tab / Security area) and the verification occurs during the processing of the Tanning Sales Code.
