Helios EFT Question

I swear I found this report...and now I cannot find it..I am looking for a report that tells me how much our EFT members upgrade? I use back office.

Dana, on the new Executive Dashboard report (from within Employee Averages) the second page reflects EFT new and changes ... is that what you are referring to.

I am trying to get a report that analyzes our EFT customers...how many visits, spending...I pulled it on SQL..but I thought there might be a way that I might be missing.

Closest thing is the second page of the Exec Dashboard ... but it does not report visits

when I pull up the exective dashboard it has 4 lines and no second page...?

It is possible that you are using a slightly older version of reports ... the current version is 2.2.63.

The Executive Dashboard on the latest version includes a second page giving continutity of the number of EFT Memberships

Am I missing something? I've been using helios for 5 years and have no idea what Executive Dashboard is??

Lee ... the Executive Dashboard was added recently ... it is an option within Employee Averages ... creates a different format of a report by location with similar info to the Employee Averages report plus New Customers, and EFT info
