Is the bed 110? Is the breaker off? Oh. Wait. If the bed was originally connected to a remote timer then the bed timer may have been disabled

Is the bed new or used???? If it is used it most likely was hooked up to a remote timer and therfore like Engie said, it had the internal timer disconected. You will have to find out from the bed maker how to wire it back up so it works. I just had a thought, it may be a simple programing thing as well to get the beds timer up and running.
