Yes. I'm dead serious. It looks like I have to take the entire facial array. Am I halucinating, or what?!

You need to open the bed from the top. Use a little allan wrench fron the top side their are small screws real small that you would use allan wrench for then the top comes up and then you will take one wire off the ignitor and one off the connection pop a new facial in. Next It's a pain the ARSE.
