If you have the same coupon going on and want to track it like Neon said make a sales code. etc.. But if you have various coupons at diffent percents and dollar amounts just use the discoutn box. No matter how big or small you are tracking coupons can be done with the coupons coming in.

You can run a special on a given item or service and setup a Coupon to track the amount of discount (either % or $) given. It may be easier to create a special sales codes (likely on Services - Coupon (Discount) may work better on Inventory products.

On either the Coupon or the special sales code you can use the Ad Effectiveness (improved in V11.4) to track the effectiveness of the promotion.
