Rep Power: 21 | We started using it a few months ago. Pluses include, very easy to setup, easy to train staff and easy to use. Of course, the ease of use comes at a cost, less flexibility with reports, etc. One of the annoying things is if you are setting up a new account or running a report and someone comes in to tan, you can't just put them in a room without losing what you've been working on. |

Rep Power: 21 | I have been using it since I took over the salon at the end of Feb. I have had no problems, that I could not figure out. Don't know why I need to pay $39.00 a month. You can never get them on the phone with out a wait. My PC at the salon is not hooked up to internet. Seems like the only way for it to crash would be if my PC just crashed. |
