TMax Yelling and Saying EZ7 - tanTALK

Okay... what is this error and how do I fix. Just out of the blue today, it starts yelling and says EZ7. Is it my wire from bed to phone jack? Its the only bed doing it. I haven't had a problem in so long, I forgot how to trace it! Help anyone?

An E7 error means the bed timer is not responding to the front desk Manager.

#1) Make sure the timer has power.
#2) Make sure the comm's cable is attached to the timer.
#3) Cycle power to the timer.
#4) Check the timer address (dsiplayed on power-up).

Thanks... I think its my cable attached from board to phone jack. Thanks for your help
