I run a backup every night. I use a different cd every 3 nights. I was on the phone with the tech he was talking me through recovering my client notes from the cd but for whatever reason at the end of the call he said I couldn't recover them. I'm not a computer tech, I own a tanning salon. So I am not sure what the reason was.

You want to recover your notes, call back --- believe me EVERYONE here is aware of this issue and is ready to help.

If there is some additional issue with your data prohibiting the recovery, I can not determine that until I have your contact info

No problem ... I see that one of our Tech has already emailed you the utility I have referred to.

Call into Tech Support for assistance running this utility to recover your notes.
