I upgraded from 11.1.2 to 11.3.7 to 11.3.40 yesterday and lost all of my client notes. Nothing they can do about it apparently....39.99/month well spent

As long as you have a backup of your data prior to the initial update, it is still possible to recover your client notes.

When the upgrade from 11.1.2 to 11.3.7 was does, that upgrade would have present a convert option including the ability to convert from V11 to V11 (Notes). If that convert was closed without running, that would explain how the notes are now not in your system.

Call back into Tech Support and they will be able to help you recover your notes ... ASSUMING ... you have a backup of your data in the 11.1.2 format. (even if that backup is a couple of more days old the only thing that will be extracted from it is the notes.
