Unfortunately they do not feel the same. Had a timer issues LONG ago before I even bought the salon. Was just a new employee. Owner was not paying support. Eventually had to (owner not net savvy, could have got answer here!). At the time it was $300 to re-sign up. One check box needed a click. That was all. Basically the tech knew what was needed but would not answer without the $$. Even better considering the owner had paid for 3 prior years and NEVER once used it. Even the tech said something about never calling before.

I understand they need to make money. Its nothing more than insurance. I just think they could make some addtional money by lets say $100 an hour, whats your debit card number. I would have paid $100 to have gotten fixed what i needed, **** i woulda even $200. LIke insurance most would have it but some would just run the risk. As it is they got nothing out of me last year and it looks like they wont this year either.
