Is there a way in Helios to see by client how much they spent for a year?

Per client you can go to summary and click division.

Genius is referring to the Summary display on the Client Info screen ... not a report.

The latest report update has a NEW report ---- Client Activity --- that will give you what you are looking for Dana

Our original plan was to release V11.4 in Dec 04 BUT we added additional features and delay the release of V11.4 accordingly.

The Client Activity report is in V11.3.39 with the related report update. You can have it emailed to you by requesting same from support@gohelios.com

I have 11.3.39 and can not find A Client Activity report, am I missing it somewhere, where is it? Also is there any plan to implement a way to restrict cetain ages from tanning but still allowing them to use Mystic? The reason it would be helpful is under 14 is now illegal to tan in CA but still ok to do UV Free. It would be an extra safety feature if Helios would lock them out of those room options if they do not meet the age requirement.
