When trying to view a daily sales report (or any other report for that matter) in Helios, the date is backwards. It should be month/day/year but it shows day/month/year. Even if I use the drop down box and click on the day on the calendar... it still doesn't work.
To view sales for March 4, 2005 I have to enter April 3, 2005. Does anybody know how to correct this? It works fine for March 3, 2005, (same #) but March 1st, 2nd, and 4th are messed up. (and I have been waiting for tech support to call back) Any help is appreciated. |
