When trying to view a daily sales report (or any other report for that matter) in Helios, the date is backwards. It should be month/day/year but it shows day/month/year. Even if I use the drop down box and click on the day on the calendar... it still doesn't work.

To view sales for March 4, 2005 I have to enter April 3, 2005. Does anybody know how to correct this? It works fine for March 3, 2005, (same #) but March 1st, 2nd, and 4th are messed up. (and I have been waiting for tech support to call back) Any help is appreciated.

Sounds like your Date in Regional Settings in Windows is set to the Canadian format ... needs to be set to US ... MM/DD/YYYY
