Hey its me again...
I was wondering if any of you have had trouble with the bulbs in your sun dome with 48 bulbs?
My sun dome has less than 5 hours on it and today we found 10 bulbs that were already out on it.
6 of the bulbs are on one panel section, and the other 4 are random.
What are your thoughts on this?
Thanks
Joyce

What kind of lamps/starters are you using? (don't say what came with it. Need names/numbers)

I had one panel of my Sundome that didn't light when I first got it and it was because something wasn't wired right. That was a few years ago though and I don't remember the specifics. I know it required a service call under warranty.

When it is two together, it is often a loose wire (or unattached wire) to the ballast issue.

When they are just one alone, often a blown socket (look and see if it looks burnt).

But with a new bed, the most common issue is "settling" where they jiggle out of place just slightly after the bed is installed and fired up several times.

Trying taking out/putting back the lamps in question.

If that doesn't work, call your disty/manuf and have them walk you through checking the ballast wires and/or sockets.

If its still under warranty, call ETS and they will send someone out to fix it.
